Staff are sensitive and responsive to each child's individual needs, and progress is observed and shared with parents using the Early Years Foundation Stage milestones across the 7 areas of learning and development.
Our settling-in procedure makes parents and children comfortable from the start. We operate a 'key person system' so each new child is allocated a member of staff who works through any concerns, manages learning records, liaises with parents and makes sure each child feels special and individually cherished.
