Childcare jobs

Do you want to be part of a team that has fun every day?

Do you want to join a nursery that looks after its staff? Although a level 3 qualification in early years is desirable, we're more interested in people with a positive, can-do attitude and a real enthusiasm for working with children.

You'll be joining a happy, harmonious team at a thriving family-run nursery. Our great partnership with parents genuinely makes them a joy to work with.

Staff Wellbeing

Your wellbeing is very important — you can't function well at work if you're not feeling positive and appreciated. Katie Aldous is our staff wellbeing first aider; you can discuss any issues with her or with a staff wellbeing representative. The wellbeing group meets regularly to discuss issues raised by staff and find ways to improve wellbeing throughout the business. We monitor stress levels through a weekly app you're encouraged to use to let the senior team know how you're feeling — good or bad — and carry out regular surveys so we can act where action is needed.
